Xinjian is a town in Fenggang County, in Guizhou province, China. It is one of the county's administrative subdivisions, situated in the northern part of Guizhou, a mountainous province in southwestern China.
As of 2018, the town administered one residential community and three villages. These units form the basic level of local administration below the town government, with the residential community covering the town's built-up area and the villages covering its surrounding rural settlements.
