Xingbin is a district of Laibin, a prefecture-level city in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of southern China. It is the only district of Laibin, meaning it forms the central urban division of the city rather than one of several districts.
As a district, Xingbin serves as the seat of Laibin's urban administration and contains the city's core built-up area. Laibin itself lies in central Guangxi, a region characterised by a subtropical climate and karst limestone scenery typical of the province.
Guangxi is an autonomous region with a large Zhuang population, and Laibin, including Xingbin, reflects this demographic context within southern China.
