Chengji is a town in Hubei province, China. It should not be confused with similarly named places elsewhere in the country, including Qin'an County in Gansu province, which is a separate administrative area under the prefecture-level city of Tianshui.
Hubei lies in the central part of China along the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The province is divided into a number of prefecture-level cities, counties, and towns, and Chengji is one of the many smaller settlements within this administrative structure.
Detailed information about Chengji's population, economy, and history is limited. It is best known simply as one of the numerous towns that make up Hubei's rural and semi-rural landscape, distinct from the more widely documented places that share a similar name.
