Rulin is a town in Hunan Province, China, and serves as the seat of Chengbu Miao Autonomous County. It covers an area of about 311 square kilometres.
The town had a population of 64,364, and by the 2015 census this had grown to 75,900. It is bordered by Maoping Town to the north, Dankou Town to the west, Lanrong Township to the east, and Tingping Township to the south.
