Nanpinggang is a subdistrict and the seat of Wuling District in Changde, a prefecture-level city in Hunan Province, China. It covers an area of about 11.8 square kilometres (4.6 square miles) and has a population of roughly 16,000. Its administrative seat is Wangyue Community.
The area was formerly Nanpinggang Township and was reorganised as a subdistrict on 18 August 2014. It is divided into four communities and three villages.
