Lincheng is a county in the southwest of Hebei province, People's Republic of China, located in the foothills of the Taihang Mountains. It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Xingtai.
The county covers an area of 797 square kilometres (308 square miles) and had a population of 204,000 in 2010. It borders Neiqiu to the south, Longyao and Baixiang to the east, Gaoyi and Zanhuang to the north, and the province of Shanxi to the west.
