Pangcun is a town in Dingzhou, which is a county-level city administered by Baoding in Hebei Province, China. It lies in the northern part of the province, within the North China Plain.
In 2010, Pangcun had a total population of 46,582, comprising 23,361 males and 23,221 females. By age, 8,482 residents were under 14, 34,199 were between 15 and 65, and 3,901 were over 65.
