Mishan is a county-level city in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, China. It lies under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Jixi.
The city borders Russia's Primorsky Krai to the south and southeast, making it one of the Chinese settlements along the Sino-Russian frontier in this part of the northeast. Its position in the far southeast of Heilongjiang places it in the province's eastern border zone.
