Songyuan is a subdistrict and the county seat of Songxi County in Fujian province, People's Republic of China. It lies in the northwest of the province, within the prefecture-level city of Nanping.
Songxi County borders Zhejiang province to the east, placing Songyuan in Fujian's northern border zone with Zhejiang. As the seat of county government, Songyuan serves as the administrative center of Songxi County.
