Qingzhou is a town in Shaxian District, which forms part of Sanming municipality in Fujian Province, China. It is one of the townships that make up the district surrounding Shaxian's urban core.
The town lies in the mountainous interior of western Fujian, a region characterised by hilly terrain and a subtropical climate. Sanming, the prefecture-level city to which it belongs, is one of Fujian's inland administrative divisions, and Shaxian District is its central urban district.
Qingzhou is best known administratively as part of Shaxian District, the area from which Shaxian snacks — a style of inexpensive local food widely sold across China — take their name. Beyond its status as a town within this district, few details about Qingzhou itself are widely documented.
