Nanjie is a village in China under the administration of Chengguan town, Linying County, Henan province. It covers an area of 1.78 square kilometres (0.69 square miles) and had about 3,400 permanent residents as of 2011.
It is widely reported as being the last Maoist village in China, and has attracted considerable global attention because of its unique political and economic system.
