Haikou is a town in Fuqing, a county-level city administered by Fuzhou in Fujian Province, China. It lies in the eastern portion of Fuqing's territory.
The town covers an area of 52.64 square kilometres (20.32 square miles). As of 2018, it had a hukou population of 78,882.
