Fuling is a district in central Chongqing, China, situated along the Yangtze River. It is the second-largest district within Chongqing municipality.
The district is known in part through the memoir River Town: Two Years on the Yangtze, written by former U.S. Peace Corps teacher Peter Hessler, who worked in Fuling for two years.
