Dongyang is a county-level city in China, located in Central Zhejiang Province under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Jinhua. It should not be confused with other places of the same name; this Dongyang lies in Zhejiang, not Fujian.
The city covers an area of 1,744.05 square kilometres (673.38 square miles) and is part of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Region. Administratively, it is divided into eleven towns, one township, and six subdistricts.
