Fengman is a district of Jilin City, in Jilin Province, People's Republic of China. It is one of the administrative divisions that make up the prefecture-level city of Jilin, rather than an independent city in its own right.
Its name is also associated with the Fengman Dam and the reservoir on the Songhua River near Jilin City, a major hydroelectric and flood-control project in northeast China. The district lies within the broader Jilin City area in the country's northeast.
