Jingkou is a district of Zhenjiang, a city in Jiangsu province, China. It is one of the three built-up zones that make up Zhenjiang's urban core, alongside the city's other two districts. The district covers an area of 115 square kilometres and has a population of approximately 410,000 people.
As a district-level administrative unit, Jingkou forms part of the municipal structure of Zhenjiang rather than being an independent city. Its postal code is 212001, and the district falls within the 0511 telephone area code, which serves the wider Zhenjiang area.
Jingkou's position as one of Zhenjiang's three built-up zones means it constitutes a central, urbanised portion of the municipality. The district's population of roughly 410,000 is concentrated within its 115 square kilometres, reflecting the density typical of a city district in eastern China's Jiangsu province.
