Guanxi is a city in Jiangxi Province, in southeastern China. Jiangxi lies in the country's interior, south of the Yangtze River basin, and Guanxi is one of the settlements within that province.
Beyond its location and administrative status as a Jiangxi city, well-established details about Guanxi specifically are limited. It should not be confused with the more widely known Chinese cultural concept of the same name, which describes networks of mutually beneficial personal and business relationships.
