Luodian is a county in the south of Guizhou province, China, under the administration of the Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. It lies in the southern part of the province, bordering Guangxi to the south.
The area is part of a region inhabited by the Buyei and Miao peoples, reflected in the autonomous prefecture that administers it. Its southern location places it near the boundary between Guizhou and Guangxi.
