Lingxia is a town in Jindong District, Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China. It lies in the southeastern suburbs of Jinhua, roughly 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from the city's downtown area.
The town is located near the interchange of the G25 Changchun–Shenzhen Expressway with China National Highway 330, a position that links it to the region's main road network. As of 2011, Lingxia administered 34 villages.
