Fangyan is a town in Zhejiang Province, China, under the administration of the city of Yongkang. It is located in the central part of the province, within the Jinhua prefecture-level city area.
As of 2020, Fangyan administered two residential neighborhoods and 24 villages, reflecting its structure as a town that combines a small urban core with a substantial rural hinterland.
