Chang'an

China

Chang'an is a town in Zhejiang Province, China. It shares its name with the ancient capital of several Chinese dynasties, but it is a distinct place located in the eastern coastal province of Zhejiang rather than in Shaanxi.

Reliable, well-established details about this specific Zhejiang town are limited. It should not be confused with the historic Chang'an that served as the capital of dynasties including the Western Han and Tang from 202 BC to 907 AD, and which was later renamed Xi'an during the Ming dynasty.
