Tortiya is a town in northern Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire). It is a sub-prefecture and commune of Niakaramandougou Department in the Hambol Region, which forms part of the Vallée du Bandama District.
The town is located just east of the border of Savanes District, one of the country's northern administrative districts. As a sub-prefecture and commune, Tortiya serves as a local administrative centre for its surrounding area.
