Sakassou is a town in central Ivory Coast. It is a sub-prefecture and the seat of Sakassou Department in the Gbêkê Region, which forms part of the Vallée du Bandama District.
The town also holds the status of a commune. As the departmental seat, it serves as an administrative centre for the surrounding area.
