Miracema do Tocantins is a municipality in the Brazilian state of Tocantins. It lies in the northern-central part of the country, within Brazil's North Region.
The municipality covers an area of 2,656 square kilometres (1,025 square miles) and sits at an average elevation of 197 metres (646 feet). Its estimated population in 2020 was 17,936 inhabitants.
