Axixá do Tocantins is a municipality in the Brazilian state of Tocantins. It is located in the northern part of the state, in the North Region of Brazil.
With an area of 150 km², it is the smallest municipality in Tocantins by area. Its population was recorded as 9,787 in 2020.
