Floresta is a municipality located in the state of Pernambuco in northeastern Brazil. Situated at coordinates 08º36'04" south and 38º34'07" west, the city sits at an altitude of approximately 316 meters above sea level.
The territory covers a total area of 3,644.17 square kilometers. According to data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, the population was estimated to be 33,184 inhabitants in 2020.
