Santa Gertrudes is a municipality in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It covers an area of 98.3 square kilometres (38.0 square miles) and sits at an elevation of 595 metres.
The municipality had a population of 27,381. It is one of the many municipalities that make up the state of São Paulo, Brazil's most populous state and the centre of the country's southeastern region.
