Guararema is a municipality situated in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It is located within the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo and covers a total area of 270.82 km². The city has a population of approximately 30,136 residents.
The municipality is notable for housing the Florestan Fernandes School of the Landless Workers' Movement, an educational institution associated with the MST movement.
