Itapoá is a municipality located in the northern region of the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. It serves as the northernmost municipality within the state and shares its northern border with the neighboring state of Paraná.
The municipality is situated adjacent to several other local territories, bordering São Francisco do Sul to the south and Garuva to the west.
