Pedro Osório is a municipality in the southeastern part of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It covers an area of 608.79 km² and has a population of 7,706.
The municipality was founded on April 3, 1958, formed from parts of the municipalities of Canguçu and Arroio Grande. In 1997, the municipality of Cerrito was separated from Pedro Osório.
