Arroio do Meio is a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in southern Brazil. It lies approximately 98 kilometres from Porto Alegre, the state capital.
The city is situated on the banks of the Taquari River, which runs through this part of Rio Grande do Sul.
