Palmeira is a municipality located in the state of Paraná, Brazil. Situated within the micro-region of Ponta Grossa, the city sits at an altitude of 865 meters and is positioned approximately 70 kilometers from the state capital, Curitiba.
The municipality covers an area of roughly 1,465.1 square kilometers. As of the 2020 census, Palmeira had a population of 33,994 inhabitants.
