Paiçandu is a city located in the state of Paraná in southern Brazil. It is situated within the Paraná region and covers a total land area of 171.4 square kilometers.
The municipality was founded in 1948 and officially achieved emancipation on November 19, 1960. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 41,773 residents.
