Tupaciguara is a Brazilian municipality situated in the western region of the state of Minas Gerais. It covers a total area of 1,826 square kilometers and was officially established as a municipality in 1911.
The city is located within the statistical mesoregion of Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba and falls under the statistical microregion of Uberlândia. As of 2020, the population of Tupaciguara was recorded at 25,398 residents.
