Santana do Paraíso is a Brazilian municipality situated in the interior of the state of Minas Gerais within the country's Southeast Region. Located in the Vale do Rio Doce, the municipality is part of the Vale do Aço Metropolitan Region and lies approximately 240 kilometres (150 mi) east of the state capital.
The municipality encompasses an area of just over 276 square kilometres (107 sq mi), with only 11 square kilometres (4.2 sq mi) designated as the urban area. As of 2024, the population of Santana do Paraíso was estimated to be 48,286 inhabitants.
