Conceição das Alagoas is a Brazilian municipality situated in the western part of the state of Minas Gerais. It is located within the Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba mesoregion and falls under the jurisdiction of the Uberaba micro-region.
The municipality was officially established as a distinct administrative entity in 1938. As of the 2020 census, the city covers a total land area of 1,348 square kilometers and has an estimated population of 28,346 residents.
