Aracoiaba is a municipality located in the state of Ceará within the Northeast Region of Brazil. It covers a total area of 643.988 square kilometers, with approximately 6.6403 square kilometers designated as urban territory.
The city is situated 79 kilometers from Fortaleza, the capital of Ceará, and 1,613 kilometers from Brasília, the federal capital of Brazil. According to the 2022 demographic census conducted by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), Aracoiaba has a population of 25,553 inhabitants. It ranks as the 74th most populous municipality in the state of Ceará.
