Grivegnée is a sub-municipality of the city of Liège, located in the province of Liège in the Wallonia region of Belgium. It lies within the eastern part of Liège, on the right bank of the Meuse, and forms one of the city's constituent districts rather than an independent administrative entity.
Grivegnée was a separate municipality until 1977. Its boundaries changed in the late nineteenth century when Bressoux was detached from Grivegnée on 1 July 1871. Just over a century later, on 1 January 1977, Grivegnée was merged into Liège as part of a nationwide wave of municipal reorganisations in Belgium.
Today it exists as a sub-municipality of Liège, retaining its own identity and local services while being governed as part of the larger city.
