Dour is a municipality in Wallonia, the French-speaking southern region of Belgium. It is located in the province of Hainaut, in the western part of the country near the French border.
Like other Walloon municipalities, Dour serves as a local administrative unit covering the town itself and its surrounding area. Hainaut is one of Belgium's five provinces in Wallonia and lies at the western edge of the region.
