Heusden was a municipality situated in the province of East Flanders within the Flanders region of Belgium. It served as an independent administrative entity until the late 20th century.
In 1977, the municipality of Heusden merged with the neighboring municipality of Destelbergen. Following this merger, it became part of the modern municipality of Destelbergen.
