Meiningen is a municipality in the district of Feldkirch, in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg. It lies in Austria's westernmost state, in the Alpine Rhine valley area of the country.
It is one of the municipalities that make up the Feldkirch district, the administrative unit centred on the city of Feldkirch. As a municipality, Meiningen forms a local administrative unit in its own right within Vorarlberg.
Meiningen should not be confused with the town of the same name in Thuringia, Germany.
