Kennelbach is a municipality in the district of Bregenz, in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg. Vorarlberg is Austria's westernmost state, and the Bregenz district lies in its northern part, bordering Germany and near Lake Constance.
As a community within the Bregenz district, Kennelbach belongs to the administrative and cultural region of Vorarlberg, whose capital is the city of Bregenz. The municipality is one of a number of small communities that make up the district surrounding that city.
