Tux is a municipality in the Schwaz district of the Austrian state of Tyrol. It lies in the Zillertal Alps, in western Austria.
The municipality is known as a ski and hiking destination, and includes the village of Hintertux, from which the Hintertux Glacier is reached. The glacier is one of Austria's few year-round ski areas.
