Polling in Tirol is a municipality in the district of Innsbruck-Land, in the Austrian state of Tyrol. It lies about 17 km west of Innsbruck and roughly 7 km before Telfs.
The settlement was first mentioned as "Pollinga" in 763, making it one of the older recorded places in the region.
