Flirsch is a municipality in the Landeck district of the Austrian state of Tyrol. It lies in the western part of the country, within the Alpine terrain of the Tyrol region.
The village is situated 11 kilometres west of Landeck, the district's main town, and 10 kilometres east of Sankt Anton am Arlberg. Its position along this stretch of the valley places it between those two better-known settlements on a route through the Arlberg area.
Flirsch is one of the smaller communities administered within the Landeck district, a largely mountainous district in Tyrol. The municipality's location near Sankt Anton am Arlberg, a well-known ski resort, places it in the broader Arlberg region of the eastern Alps.
