Pruggern is a former municipality in the district of Liezen, in the Austrian state of Styria. It lies in the Ennstal, the valley of the Enns river, within the mountainous region of Upper Styria.
Since the 2015 Styria municipal structural reform, Pruggern is no longer an independent municipality. It was merged into the municipality of Michaelerberg-Pruggern, of which it now forms a part alongside the neighbouring community of Michaelerberg.
