Mellach is a former municipality in the district of Graz-Umgebung in the Austrian state of Styria. In January 2015 it was merged into the municipality of Fernitz-Mellach, and it no longer exists as an independent administrative unit.
It is located in the Graz-Umgebung District, part of the Styria region in southeastern Austria, in the area surrounding the city of Graz. Its most notable characteristic is this administrative merger: since the start of 2015, Mellach has formed part of Fernitz-Mellach rather than functioning as a municipality in its own right.
