Kumberg is a municipality in the district of Graz-Umgebung, in the Austrian state of Styria. It lies in the eastern part of the state, within the broader Graz metropolitan area, whose administrative centre is the city of Graz.
The municipality has a population of 3,909 inhabitants. As a member of the Graz-Umgebung district, it is one of the communities surrounding the Styrian capital rather than part of the city of Graz itself.
