Fehring is a municipality in the district of Südoststeiermark in the Austrian state of Styria. It lies in the country's southeast, close to the border with Burgenland, which runs along the town's eastern edge.
The surrounding landscape consists of rolling hills cut by the valley of the Raab river. Fehring itself sits on a raised socket a few metres above the valley floor.
