Anger is a municipality in the district of Weiz, in the Austrian state of Styria. It lies in the eastern part of Styria, within the Weiz district, a largely rural area of rolling hills and farmland northeast of Graz.
As a municipality, Anger is one of the smaller administrative units of the Weiz district, which comprises a number of towns and villages in this part of Styria. The surrounding region is characterized by its agricultural landscape and its position in the foothills of the eastern Alps.
